Join us to tackle a fresh nutrition topic each week and change your relationship with food for well beyond the next 6 weeks!

This 6 week program meets Wednesday starting Oct 10th from 6:30PM to 7:30PM.

Location: Webster Place Athletic Club

Week 1: An Introduction
Diets are the worst! Stop the cycle of chronic dieting and start listening in to what your body really needs.

Week 2: If You’re Hungry, It’s Time to Eat
What does your hunger feel like? Learn the importance of fueling your body and tune in to your hunger cues.

Week 3: Break the Cycle of Guilt and Deprivation
Eat whatever you want, whenever you want, and as much as you want. Seriously. Let go of food rules and restrictions to enjoy the foods you love without all the guilt.

Week 4: Comfortable Fullness
Somewhere between still-hungry and pants exploding lies comfortable fullness. Learn to check in during meal times to avoid eating past fullness.

Week 5: Tackle Emotional Eating
Identify events and situations that may trigger uncontrolled eating and practice alternative coping mechanisms.

Week 6: Respect your Body
Your body does so much for you! Give it a little love with some body positivity and gentle nutrition.
